~customer1: Stacy was not helpful. I love my Rowenta pressure Iron and Steamer. My trigger button stopped working and I bought another pressure iron to replace it. To repair my first pressure*iron is not cost effective, yet Stacy suggested that I ship it, to get it repaired. Poor customer service.
