~Samsung Sucks!: I ordered my TV during black friday on a preorder online. Got a call that it was back order the very day the promotino officially began. So, I cancelled the order right away (i,e. Nov** and cancellation will take *-* business day). Then coincidently on the *rd business day I get a shipping notification. I called the AGS shipping company ot refuse delivery. They said Samsung should know of this right away. Called back on Dec * cos my credit card was now charged. I have NO **** TV. FYI. They said I was charged cos shipment went out before my cancellation was processed. Coincidence? I called on Dec * and they tell me the TV was back in the warehouse and they my credit card hold would clear in *-* business days from Dec *. On Dec ** (i.e. *th business day), my card is still charged. WTF. I called and now they tell me the TV is still with AGS and they didn't get it back. Now I have to wait another f*%*king *-** business days for my refund. In otherword, Samsung had my money from Dec *th th
