~pissed off: I purchased a samsung washer less then ** days ago, it won't drain. Call customer service to set up service a week ago only to find out * days later they cancelled the ticket..they sent new ticket had an appt for a company to come fix, when company did not showed called to find out samsung cancelled ticket yet again. Spoke to supervisors and dispatch and I'm just getting the run around. I'm now being told I won't hear from someone til next week even though it has already been a week. Come get ur piece of junk machine, I will NEVER buy samsung again.
