~Rohell: I think we all need to do a class action law suit against Samsung and their bull**** practices. They don't provide excellent customer service as stated in their message! let's boycott Samsung! Tell your friends, your family and co-workers. Let's hit them where it hurts!! We purchased a dishwasher and it crapped out right after the warranty. Soooo many folks are having problems with their Samsung appliances. I may not get another Samsung phone again either!!
