~Cop1146@aol.com: I will never buy a Samsung product again. I have been jerked around for one month. I fInd that your company has no regard for it's customers. On Feb *th this year you sent a repair man to look at my washer, he replaced motor and panel board with no no results. The machine would not spin when it came time for spin cycle. After notifying your techs another serviceman was sent to look at the problem, he too determined that the washer was unfixable. When notified your department started an exchange transaction. For almost three weeks I have been waiting for this to be approved, finally your customer service told me everything was approved for exchange, but they sent it to the wrong retailor thus prompting a new transaction number, I have been on the phone with your customer relations department for two weeks to get this situation taken care of. It is now. Feb, **th and I was told that Monday The final approval would be executed to Lowes department store. It is shameful that your company op
