GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Samsung customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Taff: Samsung as a problem with customer service due to broken English but even bigger than that he did not want to look for warranty information or did not know where to look for it, he just kept repeating "I have to pay", upon asking for a manager he said the manager would tell me the same thing. So I told him where to go and ended up here looking for a phone * to someone who can give me information at Samsung. The issue was the phone can't see or read the sim card once installed this is after it had just been returned to me with a clean bill of health from them after fixing something else and they want me to pay to fix now while it's still under warranty.

~Taff: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Taff: For that I would say four out of five.
