GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Samsung customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~hayes: They need to use the same set of I dex cards for information to be given. And I do not believe that there is not a complete phone directory at every department this is suppose to be a big organized company they are not. Some of us depend on the products that we have and that means we want them not * to * weeks if your lucky it may possibly be right. Due to this I would not recommend any one to every by Samsung they have good products with good abilities but if you get o e with a problem use a outside warranty or thro it away would be less stressin than dealing with customer support.

~hayes: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~hayes: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Samsung's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~hayes: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Samsung customers?
~hayes: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Samsung to know who you are.
