~pissedoffcust: I am so tired os Sirius Radio They keep charging my account for radios that I canceled in Nov ** **** to aug * ****, they kept telling me that I never canceled the Radio ,I was past around to * different agents each with no knowledge of what the last agent said and passed through two superviser, when the last one finally found, that I did indeed canceled the radio in nov ** **** , she said she would make a note in the system, and they would reimburse me for all the mouths that I was charge, then stated she is transferring me to the department that would take care of it, That was a lie, because she transferred me to another clueless agent that did not know what was going on, and once again I had to tell the same story to him, which went nowhere. P.S still on the phone with Sirius ** min later.all over maybe $*** in charges, I guess loyal customers don't mean anything to them. I have been with them for over ** years. Time to use pandora.
