GetHuman-42003: company will keep auto renewing service whether you want or not! we purchased a **** ford edge back in late ****. it came with a * month free subscription to sirius xm radio. well each time the cycle starts they ask if we wanted to auto renew! we always say no, but they do it anyways. then we have to get on the phone and debate each time trying to get the charge removed. well after caving in several times my wife and i decided we have had enough. so after paying for this round we contacted our credit card company blocking any further charges.needless to say they renewed it again, this time billing us. i would not re subscribe to there program if they gave it to me for free for the next * years.

GetHuman-42003: For that I would say three out of five.
