~po'd rrm: I tried to explain to a CS agent that I had received a promotional flyer in the mail that I didn't quite make the A list this year (had ** one way) and the promotion was to earn A-list status I needed to go to: southwest.com*alistpromo and follow the conditions set forth in the flyer. There is no such web site and the frustrating part was the customer service number given *** ***-**** by the CS agent has been busy for over ** minutes. I am thinking this is some kind of scam even for someone that has been in Rapid Rewards and flying SWA for over ** years.
