~Disapointed: * different creatures, neither spoke legible English, both were very rude and short, the second one ( female I think ) said that it would be handled in ** to ** hours and hung up! The web site is pretty much useless too as it seems to never confirm any transaction except for charging your credit card immediately! even without service! I really like the Straight Talk*Tracphone service but their customer Service is non-existant! They ****!
