GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/21/17?
GetHuman-erinnb1: * months ago I upgraded to iPhone * and while doing so was switched to a different promo plan that I did not want which took away my corporate discount and now I am just being notified of this and they will not switch me back to my original plan that I want therefor making my bill higher!

GetHuman-erinnb1: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about T-Mobile's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-erinnb1: For that I would say four out of five.
