~jenn: Taco bell on lake worth rd in greenacres Florida is horrible. They didn't have beef, so they had you get steak or chicken on your items. Then they up charged you for it because they didn't have their products ready. The shells were stale and the soft shells were hard as a rock. There was barely any chicken or cheese on the crunch wraps that we just paid extra for cause they didn't have beef. Then when I called to speak to a manager "Brian" he got an attitude and hung up on me. Then when I called back he picked up and kept hanging up on me. I will never go back to this taco bell again.
