GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/23/17?
GetHuman-austins4: I went to upgrade my phone, and the sale person knew almost nothing about the phones. It took * hours to get the phone, and then she made me take my old phone home to finish the data transfer. I was very frustrated and concerned about the purchase.
