GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Telecheck customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-190482: I called * months ago and asked if I had an outstanding check and was told NO. I called a second time to confirm it and AGAIN WAS TOLD NO. Today, January **, **** I received a collection notice from TRS stating that I do INDEED have an outstanding check and that you have made NUMEROUS attempts at collecting the debt. COMPLETELY INACCURATE STATEMENT. This is incorrect. It states that the amount of **.** is due within ** days of the letter. ANOTHER PROBLEM YOU CREATE is that it has already taken * days to get to me. Now of course I call to talk to someone and I wait FOREVER AND NO ONE ANSWERS. UNPROFESSIONAL. YOU HAVE TERRIBLE SERVICE. There are people who try to take care of situations like these but you make it almost impossible to take care of. I will put payment in the mail tomorrow, January **,****. You need to treat people better. YOU HAVE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE.
