~evenmycaffineistired: I spoke to someone at ** minutes of waiting but I had to get transfered after talking to her for * minutes. My current wait time is estimated at greater than ** minutes, and so it was. They refuse to give a transaction number and now I have to try to conference in my bank at the same time since they are adamant that they don't have the deposit pending in their system at all. FYI total call time was *:**:**, give or take ** minutes actually talking to two folks the rest of that was wait time.
