~pinklady: Spent the whole day trying to get to a person. Got a person after ** minute wait, then needed to be transferred to a second dept. was given a pin number. waited ** minutes and the second person picked up, took some information, then disconnected me. Spent the next * hours trying to get to a person. After waiting on hold for ** minutes several times, I was disconnected without ever speaking to a person. I am fed up. They would not accept that treatment from me. I would be in jail.

~pinklady: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~pinklady: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about The IRS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pinklady: For that I would say three out of five.
