GetHuman-joyofmus: Terrible
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 12/01/17?
GetHuman-joyofmus: Terrible experience. Took the day off from work the meet with a handyman. They setup the appointment and it was confirmed. Thirty minutes prior the appointment I received a call that there was no handyman available and they had to cancel the appointment. Terrible customer service. Hire a local in your neighborhood to do your work.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Thumbtack. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Thumbtack problem?
GetHuman-joyofmus: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-joyofmus: I'd give them a two out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Thumbtack's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-joyofmus: For that I would say five out of five.
