GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ticketmaster customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~savilove: If we are ever again attacked, the plane should aim at Ticketmaster headquarters. The worst company in America!!! No company does a worse job in any industry with customer service. Transferred * times and then given another * numbers to try because Ticketmaster does not really run Ticket Exchange (The lady who tried to help me, Brittney, was very nice and very funny)I than got the number from Brittney for the team exchange (the number associated with it was for the Heat season seats and they were closed) and after only a * minute wait the gentleman was able to help me. What a major stress and hassle. This is one of several with Ticketmaster. By the way, how ironic that Ticketmaster would use captcha to write a complaint. If Hubbard and especially Azoff had their heads blown off the world would be a much better place**How ironic a this company would use CAPTCHA to place a complaint. How absurd is that.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Ticketmaster. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Ticketmaster problem?
~savilove: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~savilove: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ticketmaster's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~savilove: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Ticketmaster customers?
~savilove: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ticketmaster to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~savilove taken from his Ticketmaster customer service problem that occurred on November 4th, 2017.
