GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ticketmaster customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-110987: Latest call went really well. I got a refund on a ticket I accidentally bought for the wrong date. However, the other two times I called I got different answers (one said no refund, other said only face value of ticket but not charges). But the third time was the charm as I received the full refund. So ultimately great service, but they need to get their stories straight on the refund policy.

GetHuman-110987: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-110987: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ticketmaster's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-110987: For that I would say four out of five.
