GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Ticketmaster customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~frustrated and angry!: was just left on hold and no one ever picked up. my issue is that scalpers or resellers have tickets with section, row and seat *'s available for sale before the event has even gone on sale to the public. i am speaking specifically about the bruno mars show on june ** at verizon center in dc. tickets go on sale on friday march * but scalpers already have them up for sale with the exact seat you will be buying. this is NOT the first time this has happened. almost every time i try to buy tickets from ticketmaster i am online before the sell time and within ** seconds of the show going on sale they say "no tickets available" in ANY section or any price. i think this is all a scam and that ticketmaster is in cahoots with the scalpers to further rip off the music lovers who want to see their favorite bands live. someone needs to put a stop to this, or compete against this monopoly that ticketmaster has had in the concert business for years! maybe if they had some competition they would stop
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Ticketmaster. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Ticketmaster problem?
~frustrated and angry!: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~frustrated and angry!: I'd give them a three out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Ticketmaster's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~frustrated and angry!: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Ticketmaster customers?
~frustrated and angry!: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Ticketmaster to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~frustrated and angry! taken from his Ticketmaster customer service problem that occurred on November 10th, 2017.
