~candihartman1960: I called the customer service due to a problem. I signed up on **** for a * day free trial and cancelled on *****. They charged my card for $**.** on ******. I called and explained that I cancelled online and they (* people) decided to fight with me and refused to refund my money. They claim that I did not sign in on the **th of December to cancel the service. This led to a lot of arguing and my becoming very upset as this charge caused an NSF of $**. I only want my money back, nothing else.

~candihartman1960: I'd give them a four out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

~candihartman1960: For that I would say two out of five.
