~mariano03905: This company does not stand behind it's products. I bought a yard trimmer in ******. It hardly runs. When I called them for warranty service they told me I must have my original purchase slip, which I no longer have. I explained that I registered the product on their website when I bought it. They told me it doesn't matter, still must have purchase slip. Ridiculous! What's the point of registering the product if they don't maintain a record of the warranty? The trimmer is a cheap piece of ****! I will never deal with this company again. Their customer service people are a bunch of apathetic morons!!!
