GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's UPS customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~Conduct: First of all I could hardly understand any of the representatives. And yes I said ANY because I have had to call multiple times for a missing package. Each time I call, I'm told someone will call you back within an hour, or just give us a few more minutes. Oh, and the best response was " your driver will be coming back to your house today to show you where he left your missing package". Even when I explained to the representative that it was currently *:**PM AT MY HOUSE!!! This call center is a joke!! They just tell you anything to get you off the line and pass the problem on to the next represent who happens to answer your call. No follow up at all, no body does what they tell you they will do. I'm very disappointed in UPS !!!

GetHuman: And what about UPS's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~Conduct: For that I would say five out of five.

~Conduct: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for UPS to know who you are.
