GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's UPS customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~pixie7: This is the worse delivery company I have ever had to encounter after initially missing the first attempt of delivery I called to change the delivery address to my work place I was assured the address had been changed after calling back to double check. As it turns out the change of address had not been actioned and UPS attempted to re deliver to the home address. This has then resulted in me taking a day off work to wait for my parcel as this company is totally in reliable. I hope I never have to receive anything via UPS very poor service and customer service not useful at all disgrace.

~pixie7: For that I would say one out of five.
