~Dan the Man: Polite and helpful customer service rep- but this number is not the one on the back of the card. The number on the back of the card gets a "sorry we are too busy call in a few hours message" I paid twice online on same day and could never get through. She couldn't reverse it but she reversed an old late fee and changed my payment date. It's not her fault she works for a crappy company. They probably treat her like they treat me - poorly!
