GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Uber customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-tobr: Greedy as ****!
GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/28/17?
GetHuman-tobr: The first time I ever took an Uber ride was in Glynco, Georgia. I was at the Federal Law Enforcement Training Center, so I had no choice... Uber is NOT supposed to ask for tips... Our driver (Carrol - Male) took myself and a colleague about three miles up the road to walmart, then asked for a hefty tip to wait five minutes, asked for another tip to stop at a shop that was directly across the street from our originating point, and then drove across the street (ACROSS. THE. STREET) and said he wished we could give him a third tip!! From a $Ten dollar and sixty cent ride, this ******* got a $Ten dollar tip, because we didn't want to be stranded.. then took my partners phone and rated himself a FIVE... My second Uber trip was much better later that week, but it'd take at least - more GOOD experiences to make up for the first guys greedy nature. It only gets two stars for the low cost... Uber doesn't even have a customer support line, because they know they're hiring degenerates for the most part that are too sorry to get an actual job, and they'd be out of business if people could actually call and express their opinions.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting Uber. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a Uber problem?
GetHuman-tobr: I'd give them a three out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-tobr: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about Uber's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-tobr: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other Uber customers?
GetHuman-tobr: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Uber to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from GetHuman-tobr taken from his Uber customer service problem that occurred on November 28th, 2017.
