Long wait times to speak to representative, once representative is on the line they are unwilling to help you with anything and refer you back to automated. You can always opt to receive their *** page fax regarding benefits which provides you just with a bunch of useless information and not really what you need. Major waste of time every time we need to check on benefits for members. Think while you are on hold they mention they received some type of award for great customer service... lol yeah right!
