GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's VIZIO customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~BR: My Vizio smart tv has Netflix as it's main service. However, every * or * weeks, I have to call Vizio and have them reset it to another server which takes on average ** minutes. I am fed up. My regular flat screen that I paid way less for and use with a Roku never has any problems getting me to Netflix. The so called smart tv freezes, stops in the middle of a movie and takes several tries just to open up Netflix. I am unable to watch any videos from any of the apps. Now wont work again. worst television I have ever owned in over ** years.

~BR: For that I would say one out of five.
