~jake: All I wanted was a direct line to billing to give to my bank for automatic payments! I called *** *** **** for assistance because it was listed on the website. The lady I talked to, directed me to the main number *** ***-****...Go figure...She also stated she didn't work for Verizon wireless.. So why you listed on the website??
