GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/27/17?
GetHuman-armortha: since switching from AT&T to Verizon on April *th **** I have gone now * weeks with virtually no cell phone & since May ** no phone @ all. On the **rd it was determined that the phone needed to be replaced & was promised a new phone in (*) days........well it is now been (*) days & still no replacement phone!! i am now thinking that Switching to Verizon is the worst thing I could have done!!

GetHuman: And what about Verizon's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-armortha: For that I would say two out of five.

GetHuman-armortha: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Verizon to know who you are.
