GetHuman-204101: Local rates went up. My commuter card was rejected due to a too low balance (by $*). What did WW do? They didn't notify me, didn't ask me to up my balance. They just let it go, and when I call in, they say I can change for the following month. So I pay out of pocket and have to go through all these hassles because they can't do their job and be proactive.

GetHuman-204101: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
GetHuman-204101: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WageWorks's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-204101: For that I would say two out of five.
