~Vivodechile: I had applied for card online. They gave me temporary pass, I used it immediately. Two days later order was canceled stating security problems. Spoke on the phone for an hour. No one knew why there was a problem. Called another time, woman cleared security problem, all the money was back and ordered again with her on phone. Order approved. Less than a minute later, order was canceled. Called later on, mind you, every time I called walmart.com they said to call financial institution. And vice versa. Finally spoke to a supervisor he got me the money back, plus my balance is now -**. I got very lucky, my gf is having same problems and they are saying they need to investigate for **-** days. Also the automated thing completely *****, major pain.
