GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's WalMart.com customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~RayMV: Call quality was awful to begin with. My online order had been messed up and my credit card showed * charges instead of *. Took them ** minutes to answer my call, just for them to tell me that all but the correct one had already been refunded and my card just didn't show it yet. When I brought up the wait time, the response was "** people are on hold right now and ** minutes is the average wait time". No apology, no account credit, nothing. I already dislike dealing with Walmart and this encounter has certainly not improved their image in my eyes.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting WalMart.com. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a WalMart.com problem?
~RayMV: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~RayMV: I'd give them a five out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about WalMart.com's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~RayMV: For that I would say four out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other WalMart.com customers?
~RayMV: Try to deal with them early in the day or later. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for WalMart.com to know who you are.
