GetHuman-351026: I had ordered * items that were to be shipped one week ago. I saw the status for my order in waiting for all this time I finally found this number-not easy to find customer service number to find out what was going on with my order. Customer service simply stated they do not know what's wrong and why they could not process it. I asked what would have happened if I did not call and again the answer was I do not know. Horrible customer service. Let's see ho long it takes to get my money back.

GetHuman-351026: For that I would say four out of five.
