GetHuman: Can you tell the rest of us a bit more from what happened on 11/25/17?
GetHuman6646: Phone call wait was ridiculous. Ruined my entire day. Most of us are middle class folks wanting to schedule vacation. We don't have the luxury of time to wait one hour for a human being on the phone to answer a simple question. On line problem that needed tech support, and no one was available for ** minutes! Hire more folks....you have the money!
