GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's YouTube customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~pissed Google user: They do NOT have a customer support center! Don't waste your time trying to call them. All the computerized lady tells you to do is, after going through all these unnecessary menus, is to go online to resolve your problem you're calling to effing fix!!!*Oh... and I am calling about a YouTube problem and they send you to Google support without the support.................

~pissed Google user: I'd give them a two out of five for ease of finding your way to help.

GetHuman: And what about YouTube's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~pissed Google user: For that I would say two out of five.

~pissed Google user: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for YouTube to know who you are.
