~John's review of iTunes customer service

GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's iTunes customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
~John: I'm now on my *rd try. I've been transferred and hung up on twice now. I'm calling to dispute a charge on my account and am getting nothing but the run around from apple. I asked the latest representative, a John Fields, to be transferred to a manager. I then waited again and finally reach another representative named Alexis who refused to give me her last name and ID *. After insisting on her full name, she hung up on me. Mr. fields worker ID * is *******. Chances are this is as bogus as your customer service dept is.. A complaint will be filed.
GetHuman: Let's quantify your experience contacting iTunes. On a scale of 1 to 5, how easy is it go get help on a iTunes problem?
~John: I'd give them a five out of five for ease of finding your way to help.
GetHuman: What about quality of communication. How would you rate that on a 1 to 5 scale?
~John: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about iTunes's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
~John: For that I would say one out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other iTunes customers?
~John: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for iTunes to know who you are.
GetHuman: Well there you have it. Some useful feedback and words from ~John taken from his iTunes customer service problem that occurred on November 14th, 2017.
