~Cindy Speck: The manager said that I was able to play Double Down casino & purchase chips. She told me that I had over ** charge backs which is insane! I'm a stock broker & would obviously not call had I done these crimes!!!!! I did not even recognize the last * numbers on the card that was used & they could not give me a name on the card I left there feeling like a criminal bi have had the same credit card on file for * months & was willing to give her my credit card info as proof. Just last Saturday they apologized & immediately fixed the issue of purchasing chips. I'm really angry & she was very rude to say the least band on top of that* she said I could have access as long as there were no more charge backs on my account for which I have never done. I just wanted to buy chips!!!!
