GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's netTALK customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-71832: I started leaving messages on the website for Customer Support over a month ago and I have yet to receive a response from any of them! My netTALK DUO died a few months ago, I tried ALL suggestions offered on netTALK's site and the end result tells me the unit "died". I need a new one but now my last day is Tomorrow and then my account will be closed and to renew then will cost an additional $*.**! This is pathetic service at best. I guess I don't really need a home phone besides my cell phone now. Thanks for nothing, netTALK!
