I was left a message to call to make an appointment. Their horrific phone tree has no option for service appointments, so I had to listen to endless information about my bill--which I did not need to know at all--before I finally was given the option to talk with a person--IN BILLING! Said person then transferred me to service, where I had to wait yet again. Then I spoke with someone who put me on hold for 5 minutes. The hold ended when a NEW PERSON came online, and I had to start all over again. It was not fun.
