GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's AFLAC customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-400782: I have had a policy many years and their paying out is horrible I filed a claim the first week in April and it is the end of May and still no money. The commercial on television says * days, I guess the duck died! My doctor had faxed them information * other times and they never got it they said. I had to go to my doctor and they took the copies from my records and made copies for me! They want their money from me also. Well I just faxed it again and it will take another week for them to do anything. They have been horrible the * times I have used them they get their money fast why not me! When I asked to do the survey they hung up on me!

GetHuman-400782: I'd give them a one out of five on communication.
GetHuman: And what about AFLAC's ability to quickly and effectively address your problem?
GetHuman-400782: For that I would say five out of five.
GetHuman: And finally- any advice for other AFLAC customers?
GetHuman-400782: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for AFLAC to know who you are.
