customer service not helpful BUT most are kind. They transfer you over to tier 1. If tier 1 can't help, they transfer you to tier 2. Next step? Supervisor.....useless! Overseas service. Route you to the phillipines. On hold FOREVER!!!! Frist time on hold for 1 hour. Second time on hold for 1.5 hrs and they end up hanging up on me. Argh!!!!! I'm switching back to TimeWarner. Their customer service stinks too, but at least they are cheaper!!
