~No service: I ordered the new iPhone * for my wife and I on sep **. I received * emails notifying me my phones had ben shipped FedEx. * days latter I looked up tracking and fed ex reported there wasn't anyone at my address to sign for the phones. This is untrue because it is our biasness and there is always someone to sigh, so I called fed ex , they told me that what really happened is ATT contacted them and asked the phones be sent back to ATT. I then spent over an hour on the phone with one of your reps. She verified what FedEx said. Then I was transferred to another department that told me they would order another phone for me but I would have to start over in the q of everyone. This is absurd, ATT makes a mistake and I'm penalized? Your agent said she would have a manager call me w in ** hours. I never got a call. I called back and had to re explain the entire story. The agent asked if I could hold, I did for ** minutes before I was cut off. That was after my second hour on the phone with AT
