“AT&T says we were slammed -- another company provided false request to transfer our phone. After 4 L O N G phone calls, and 4 promises that our service would be fixed by midnight of the same day, we are still without service more than 2 weeks later. The lack of respect for customers is reflected in the fact that you can't even find an address to file a complaint.”
