I would love to see an audit of aeroplan. The wait times are huge, the service is rude, flights are NEVER available. What is there like one seat available per aircraft. It is appalling. They should take a page from American Airlines where the service is always fast, friendly, I can book classic rewards at least half the time and I'm not made to feel like a second class citizen for using the points. A representative of Aeroplan told me that they thought 25 minutes was an acceptable wait time. Can you believe that! Loyalty? We arent all stupid
