~yatzy: Horrible experience!!! Ordered $*** worth of clothing for Christmas gifts. Was emailed that they were out of one of the shirts and would not honor replacing the shirt. Ok, I had them just refund the money. The order finally came with another shirt missing and I called to have them replace the shirt. They first said no problem, then said "let me confirm that", came back and said no we can sell you a shirt at full price with free shipping, not the sale price I paid. I explained that they made the mistake and should send the shirt they left out. They would not. I had to be forceable with them to just give me my money back. I will never shop online with them again, too much of a hassle. I was on the phone trying to reason with them for over an hour. Their policies and corporate culture towards customers is arrogant and Condescending. I was frazzled just talking to customer service.

~yatzy: I'd give them a four out of five on communication.

~yatzy: For that I would say one out of five.

~yatzy: Call them early in the day or late. Don't forget any personal or account information you might need for Aeropostale to know who you are.
