~Frustrated in Hamilton: *** as I hung up after **. I did not have card *'s. Hense calling for a replacement. Only option was to wait until voice prompt asked me * times to enter *s I did not have. Another option would have been helpful...."if you do not know or have your Airmiles card number press *!..but then would have to probably had to wait the ** min ****or longer anyway. There are so many Canadians out of work. There is no excuse for businesses to leave their clients on hold for such long periods. Sadly this is very common. Utility companies and cellular companies being the worst offenders.
