GetHuman: So how would you sum up your experience for GetHuman's Allegiant customer community? We'll censor any IDs, numbers, or codes and any inappropriate words here out of respect to the millions of other customers using this resource.
GetHuman-49065: Allegient Air is known for having cheap flights, however, our flights were $*** a person. That is not cheap. We are nickeled and dimes for every little perk. I get it. If I don't want the perk I don't have to pay for it! But when my husband gets in a serious, almost fatal accident, is laid up in the hospital and has orders that he can not fly again for four months, we can't even get a voucher??? You guys keep our $*** while we suffer and bc it's a high travel weekend, you'll book those exact seats and get paid twice on them basically stealing our money! And all you can say is that you don't have a medical emergency policy. Way to go with the customer service Allegient!! When I told the guy I wasn't going to accept his answer and to please connect me with his supervisor, HE HUNG UP ON ME! I was not rude. I didn't even raise my voice or use inappropriate words. It's not like we decided to not go, we CAN'T go!! Yes I am extremely upset that I am losing out on $*** while a big company ca
