GetHuman-375426: I needed to cancel a reservation on which I had purchased Trip Flex. I rec'd a pop up screen that I had to call Customer Care to do this at ***-***-****, I waited for ** min after calling that number, Nobody ever answered my call. I searched online for any other possible numbers and found ***-***-****. I called that number and rec'd a message that said my wait time could be up to ** min......I have now been on hold for ** min and I am still holding....
